Our role

Jungfrau Flights (Grindelwald Experiences) arranges tandem paragliding flights in the name and on behalf of licensed paragliding companies. Your contract for the flight is with the company named in your confirmation.

Price

You pay the price published by the provider. We do not charge a booking fee.

Payment

You pay online by card when you book. We collect the payment on behalf of the provider. If no pilot is free at your time, we offer another time or refund you in full. Flights on request are confirmed first, then you get a payment link.

Gift vouchers

A voucher is valid for one person and the flight shown on it, for 2 years from purchase. It is redeemed by entering the code when booking. Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash. If a flight is cancelled because of the weather, it is rebooked.

Cancellation by you

Free of charge up to 24 hours before the flight. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

Weather

The pilot decides on the day whether flying is safe. If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, you rebook or get a full refund.

Health and weight

Tell us the weight of every passenger when you book and mention any health issues. The pilot may decline a flight if safety requires it.

Liability and insurance

The paragliding company is responsible for the flight and holds the insurance required by law. We recommend personal accident insurance.
