Privacy policy

We process personal data according to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Bookings

When you send a booking we receive the details you enter (flight, date, number of people, weights, name, email, phone, message). We use them to arrange your flight and pass the necessary details to the paragliding company that flies you. The form is processed by our hosting provider Netlify.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your messages according to its own privacy policy.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). Stripe receives the details needed for the payment, such as name, email and amount. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies.

Gift vouchers

For vouchers we store the code, flight, buyer name and email and, once redeemed, the booking details on Netlify, so that each code can be used only once.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify. Fonts are served from our own server, we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@jungfrauflights.com.
